You must select a holiday that is suited to your capabilities and experience. Trango Adventure has the first-hand experience of all our holidays in Pakistan. Our travel advisers can assist you in choosing the holiday that is suitable for you.

3. Book online or via email/phone
Pay the deposit to secure your place on our website. Book online or via email at any time. Our travel advisers will contact you during opening hours.
Deposit Payment
To secure a booking, we need a small deposit of the total cost of the trip. The required deposit amount is visible on the Date & Cost page for every trip. We recommend you book your chosen holiday as early as possible as most of our trips fill up quickly. The received deposit amount acts as an acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and your place in the chosen holiday.
Payment methods
We accept all credit and debit card payments. You can pay on our website, Bank Transfers or via PayPal. We also accept cash payments on the first day of arrival in Pakistan.
Confirming your Booking
Once we receive the deposit, we will send you a confirmation email with the receipt followed by visa supporting documents and information about the Pakistan visa. Please do not book your flight to Pakistan until you receive the booking confirmation email from us.
Finale payment
We give you the option to pay the remaining amount when you arrive in Pakistan. The remaining payment can be paid in cash or bank transfer, in USD, EUR or GBP currencies. If we do not receive the remaining balance by or on the arrival day in Pakistan, we reserve to cancel your booking, and you may lose your deposit.

Option 1: Paying cash when you arrive in Pakistan is the cheapest way to settle the remaining amount.
Option 2: Bank transfer to your Business Bank Account in Pakistan. The international bank transfer takes 5-7 working days. Please write your initials and holiday dates as references.
Option 3: Pay with a card on our website but the card payment system charges a fee of 5% on every transaction.
Option: 4: Use online money transfer systems such as Wise, Revolt etc.
Refund
Please be aware there are often only a limited number of seats available at the advertised price for the Solo departures. We recommend you book as early as possible, especially during peak times. Secure your place with a deposit amount of $170 and pay the remaining amount when you arrive in Pakistan. The deposit amount is fully refundable if you or we cancel the trip due to the COVID-19 situation, security or changes in the political situation in Pakistan or your home country. Your deposit is valid for up to three years if you are unable to travel.
